Chemical Nature:	Isocyanate modified siloxane
Appearance:	Slightly turbid
pH (5% solution):	4.0 - 6.5
Ionic Nature:	Cationic
Specific gravity at 20° C:	Approx. 1.000
Handling:	Easily pourable liquid that is readily soluble in cold or warm water in any proportion. Dilution with ten times its volume in water is recommended.
Storage Stability:	Up to one year when stored in closed containers at 20° C. Product is sensitive to temperatures below 0° C and above 40 °C.
General Stability:	Compatible with most chemicals typically used in processing including hard water, acids, alkalis and electrolytes at typical concentrations.
Ecology/toxicology:	The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals should be observed in storage, handling and use. The product must not be swallowed. For further information, please see current Material Safety Data Sheet.

 

APPLICATION
Hydro-soft AX PU30 silicone softener can be applied by both padding and exhaustion

Dissolving/diluting

The product can easily be diluted with cold water.

1,Exhaust process

The product can be applied on overflow and jet dyeing machines, winches, jigs, paddle and drum dyeing machines.
