 Take an example of 1000KG solution:            
        
1. Put 200KG 8468-2 and 80KG emulsifier into the reactor ,and stir for 30 minutes.

2. Add 3.2KG glacial acetic acid(HAC) into the reactor and stir for 15 minutes;

3.Add 50kg water1 into reactor and then stir for 15 minutes;

4.Add 80kg water2 and stir it for 10 minutes, then add another 120kg of water3 and
   continue stirring it for 10 minutes, then add another 150kg of water3 and continue stirring it  
   for 10 minutes,The left water3 should be added by 3 times every other 5minutes and stir it  
   until it becomes homogeneous and transparent.

 5.Filter for using. 
                           
Stirring speed: 700~1500 RPM.
           Padding process:    its emulsion(28%)10g/L-50g/L.    
           Exhaustion process:  its emulsion(28%)1-5% o.w.f

6,The treated fabric is less yellowing and less hydrophobic than corresponding fabric treated with conventional         amino functional silicone;

7,The treated fabric can be evenly re-dyed after appropriate stripping.
